When I went to see and report on the L’Arc~en~Ciel show at Madison Square Garden, I felt it was really important to include pictures of the fans and their fashion. Before the show started, I spent a bit of time just walking around in the lobby taking photos of some of the particularly cool looks I saw, trying my best to emulate street fashion photos as inspired by TokyoFashion.com and the way they often take photos of the looks they see before big concerts. This isn’t really a strength of mine, but I’m happy with myself for having tried going in a new direction with my photography.
